Hematoxylin is a powder obtained from haematoxylum campechianum. Coloring properties are possessed by the oxidation product of hematoxylin - hematein, which is formed by interaction with aluminum salts during maturation in the light or under the action of chemical oxidants. The result of using the ready-made solution is the staining of cell nuclei in various shades of blue, blue and violet colors. Throughout the history of the development of histological science, scientists have proposed dozens of options for the preparation of hematoxylin solutions, which were often named after their creators. We offer several modified proprietary hematoxylin solutions of our own production.
